Fattore works with what you already use
It doesn't replace your management system and doesn't ask you to change channel manager: it reads bookings from there and takes care of everything else. If you don't have a management system, it works without one too.

Legal obligations
Police, ISTAT and the Municipality
Fattore handles the legal obligations on behalf of the property, with its credentials. The responsibility stays with the property; the app does the work.

ISTAT
With Ross1000 the data go out automatically, on the day they're entered. For the other regional portals, the file ready to upload.
