What happens when a booking comes in

From the booking portal to the ISTAT file at the end of the month: what you do and what Fattore does by itself, step by step.

    The booking comes in

    The stay appears in Fattore with dates and room. The bill for the stay opens, with the nights and the tourist tax already calculated.

    Fattore reads the booking from your connected channel manager, with the guest's phone and email when provided. Everything goes into your property's database, in Europe.

    With one tap you send the guest a WhatsApp welcome, with the link to online check-in and the guide.

    The message is already written, with the number taken from the booking. The guest fills in the check-in on their phone and reads their ID with the camera: the reading happens there, and the photo is neither saved nor sent.

    Arrival day

    Housekeeping finds the room in the arrivals list, with its checklist, and marks it ready.

    Arrivals and departures come from the calendars: the housekeeping list fills itself in and updates in real time on every staff phone.

    The guest arrives

    You mark the guest as arrived. That's it.

    The guest registration goes to Alloggiati Web (the Italian police portal), with the property's credentials stored encrypted. With automatic sending on, it goes out as soon as you mark the arrival, or at 11 pm at the latest. Then Fattore downloads the receipt and files it.

    During the stay

    Dinners, products and services go onto the room bill. The guest reads the guide in their own language and, with Full, sees their bill in real time.

    The guest's table is linked to their room: every order sent from the waiter's phone reaches the kitchen and is added to the bill, with nothing to copy out.

    Departure

    The bill is already done: you check it with the guest, print it or send it on WhatsApp, and close it.

    The closed bill becomes takings, split between stay, restaurant and products. The room goes back on the housekeeping list.

    At the end of the month

    You download the tourist tax summary. Staff hours are ready for your accountant. If your Region doesn't use Ross1000, you also download the ISTAT file to upload to its portal.

    Fattore, behind the scenes

    Fattore has kept the tourist tax register. With Ross1000 it has already sent the ISTAT data by itself, on the day they were entered; for the other regional portals it has prepared the file in the ISTAT format, and automatic sending will come there too. Alloggiati receipts stay on file: the portal keeps them for 30 days, the law says to keep them for 5 years.
