Fattore was born at Ca' del Ciuco, our agriturismo in the hills near Reggio Emilia, and we use it every day. Bookings stay on your channel manager. We keep everything else in order: room bills, restaurant orders, farm products, housekeeping, shifts and guest registrations.

Rooms and bills
The stay's bill writes itself: nights, tourist tax, extras, services. When it's closed, it becomes takings.
Restaurant
Orders from your waiting staff's phones. The table of a guest staying with you goes straight onto their room bill.
Farm products
Wine, honey, olive oil: sell them over the counter or add them to the room bill. Hire and experiences too.
Housekeeping
Cleaners see which rooms to do, reception sees which are ready. No phone calls.
Check-in and compliance
Online check-in, Alloggiati Web guest registrations (automatic if you like), ISTAT file and tourist tax register.

Channel manager
Bookings stay where they are
Fattore isn't a booking system and doesn't ask you to change channel manager. It reads arrivals and departures from there and gets rooms, cleaning and bills ready.

Pricing
How much it costs
One price per property, with unlimited staff and devices.
- Free: no charge, with online check-in, Alloggiati Web guest registrations, ISTAT file, guest guide in Italian and English, shopping list and shifts for up to 2 people. To activate it we ask for your credit card details.
- Smart €39 and Full €59 a month: launch price for your first 12 months, then €59 and €79. Minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Above 15 rooms we'll give you a quote. Assisted setup is extra, €190 one-off. Prices exclude VAT.

What agriturismo owners ask us
Does Fattore replace my booking system?
No. Bookings stay on your channel manager: Fattore reads arrivals and departures from there and handles what the booking system doesn't, such as bills, orders, cleaning, takings, shifts and compliance.
Can I sell my farm's products?
Yes. Products and services have their own line, just like rooms: sell them over the counter or charge them to the room bill, whichever the guest prefers.
Are Alloggiati Web registrations sent automatically?
Yes, if you switch on automatic sending: at 11pm the registrations go out anyway, with your credentials, and the State Police receipts are archived for 5 years.
What if I don't have a channel manager?
Fattore also works manually. If you need a channel manager, we'll tell you which one to choose.
Which devices does it run on?
It's a web app: it opens from a link on iPhone, Android and PC, no app store needed. The interface is in 17 languages, the guest guide in up to 37.
