Channel manager
Bookings stay where they are
Fattore doesn't manage bookings and doesn't ask you to change channel manager. It reads arrivals and departures from there and gets pitches, bungalows and bills ready.

Pricing
How much it costs
One price per property, with unlimited staff and devices.
- Free: no charge, with online check-in, Alloggiati Web guest registrations, ISTAT file, guest guide in Italian and English, shopping list and shifts for up to 2 people. To activate it we ask for your credit card details.
- Smart €39 and Full €59 a month: launch price for your first 12 months, then €59 and €79. Minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Above 15 rooms we'll give you a quote. Assisted setup is extra, €190 one-off. Prices exclude VAT.

What campsite owners ask us
Can I manage pitches and bungalows in the same app?
Yes. In Fattore, pitches and bungalows are managed like rooms: each has its own status and bill. Cleaning is used for bungalows only.
Does Fattore replace my booking system?
No. Bookings stay on your channel manager: Fattore reads arrivals and departures from there and handles bills, cleaning, takings, shifts and compliance.
Can bar and shop purchases go on the pitch bill?
Yes, if the guest prefers. Otherwise you sell over the counter. The same goes for hire and experiences.
I have lots of pitches: how much does it cost?
Above 15 rooms we give you a quote. For a campsite, tell us how many pitches and bungalows you have and we'll come back with a price for your site.
