Fattore doesn't manage bookings. It reads arrivals and departures from the connected channel manager and gets check-in, rooms and bills ready.

Pricing
How much it costs
One price per property, with unlimited staff and devices.
- Free: no charge, with online check-in, Alloggiati Web guest registrations, ISTAT file, guest guide in Italian and English, shopping list and shifts for up to 2 people. To activate it we ask for your credit card details.
- Smart €39 and Full €59 a month: launch price for your first 12 months, then €59 and €79. Minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Above 15 rooms we'll give you a quote. Assisted setup is extra, €190 one-off. Prices exclude VAT.

What B&B owners ask us
I only have a few rooms: do I really need it?
It depends on how much time you spend on registrations and messages. The Free plan already includes online check-in, Alloggiati Web registrations, the ISTAT file, a guest guide in Italian and English, the shopping list and shifts for up to 2 people, with no expiry.
Does it work with Booking.com and Airbnb?
Fattore doesn't connect to the portals directly: it reads arrivals and departures from the channel manager that syncs them. If you don't have one, it works manually and we'll tell you which one to choose.
Are document photos stored?
No. The document is read with the camera and the image isn't stored.
How much does WhatsApp cost?
Nothing: messages go out via a link from your own phone, with no platform fees.
