The text is being written by the privacy consultant

Before going live, this page will hold the notice under Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). It must state at least:

• the contact details of the data protection officer, if appointed;
• what we use the data for and on what legal basis: replying to contact requests and call bookings; sending the newsletter, only with consent;

• the rights of those who write to us: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante);
• which data is needed to reply to you and what happens if you don't provide it.
