Fattore doesn't manage room bookings. It reads arrivals and departures from your channel manager and adds bills, dinners and cleaning on top.

Pricing
How much it costs
One price per property, with unlimited staff and devices.
- Free: no charge, with online check-in, Alloggiati Web guest registrations, ISTAT file, guest guide in Italian and English, shopping list and shifts for up to 2 people. To activate it we ask for your credit card details.
- Smart €39 and Full €59 a month: launch price for your first 12 months, then €59 and €79. Minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Above 15 rooms we'll give you a quote. Assisted setup is extra, €190 one-off. Prices exclude VAT.

What restaurant owners ask us
Does a guest's dinner go onto their room bill?
Yes. The table of a guest staying with you goes onto their room bill, together with nights, extras and products. When it's closed, the bill becomes takings.
Can I split the bill?
Yes: bills are per table or split per person, and can be printed or shared.
Do the dining room and kitchen need different apps?
No. It's the same app: everyone has a profile with a PIN and sees only their modules. Staff and devices are unlimited.
Does it work for the bar and shop too?
Yes: over-the-counter sales or charged to the stay, hire and experiences included.
Does Fattore issue fiscal receipts?
No. Fattore prepares the table or room bill; you then ring it up on your cash register.
